Refund Policy

Digital products

All our products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. By agreeing to the terms at checkout, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

As a result, we generally do not offer refunds for completed digital purchases.

When we will issue a refund

We will provide a full refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted or unreadable
• The download link does not work and we are unable to resolve the issue
• The product is materially different from its description

Contact us at hello@universe-unlocked.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
