1. About us
Universe Unlocked is operated by Charlie Gregg, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For enquiries, please contact hello@universe-unlocked.com.
2. Products
We sell digital products (ebooks) in PDF format. All products are available for immediate download after purchase. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An immediate download link on the confirmation page
- An email containing a time-limited download link
Download links expire after 24 hours. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at hello@universe-unlocked.com.
5. Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and read the ebook for your own private use. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the file with others
- Upload the file to any public or file-sharing platform
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content
6. Right to cancel and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases. However, by consenting to immediate delivery of digital content at the point of purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose this right once the download becomes available.
If you experience technical issues (e.g. a corrupted file), please contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual property
All content, text, images, and designs in our ebooks are the property of Universe Unlocked or used under licence. All rights are reserved.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Universe Unlocked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the date of the last revision.
